Blue Pottery Jar

Description

This is a ceramic lidded jar would make a perfect wedding gift. It is glazed with a clear glaze on the inside and an blue slip & clear glaze on the outside. It would be perfect for storing coffee, salt, loose leaf tea, salt, spices, etc..

Of course, the glaze is lead free and food-safe, also easy to clean. Although the finish will not be affected by the dishwasher, the friction between items may cause the work to be damaged. I would call it dishwasher safe but happier to be hand washed.

It measures 4″d (10 cm) at the opening and 3.5″ht. (8.75 cm) without the lid.
