Bells are ringing!
I have been working on some bells that I made as tree ornaments and completed them a few days. For those who are of a different faith the are also very useful to round everyone up for supper or get people out of bed. They make a wonderful display piece for a fireplace or bookshelf. I have a show to do this weekend in lovely Penetanguishene, Ontario. If you happen to be in the area, it will be at the Inn @ Bay Mooring – A Victorian Christmas – is the name of the show. Come by and say hello. Once that is over, I am going to do a step by step with photos of how to make these bells. The ball that makes the sound for the bell is raw fired clay and against and glazed bell, it makes a beautiful sound.
