Flowers Everyday

A lot of people are having a tough time right now. Some industries are thriving and some have come to a dead stop. Personally I am having a difficult time. Not because of covid 19 or my work but other circumstances in my life are causing a lot of stress and even though I know very well the effects that all of this is having on me, I still take time for self care every day. Some days I am more diligent than others but the one thing that I can do is give myself flowers. I have a couple of favourite florists in my area and I try and frequent them as much as possible when I can. It’s a simple step in self care.
